This card was the third Pokémon Futsal promotional card given away to customers who purchased at least £15 worth of eligible Pokémon Trading Card Game products at participating GAME stores in England or with the purchase of bundles including the card on the GAME website. Unlike the in-store promotion, the online bundles were open to all countries in the United Kingdom. This card was available from June 18, 2021 for as long as stocks lasted. It also features the Pokémon Futsal logo in the bottom right corner of the artwork.

• This card was banned from the 2022 World Championships due to not being distributed worldwide.
