Restrained Scope (Japanese: 交代禁止相手攻撃時命中率↓Accuracy Reduction During Attack When Opponent is Restrained) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on a target that is restrained, it has a chance of lowering the target's accuracy by one stat rank. The skill can range from Restrained Scope 1 to Restrained Scope 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of lowering the target's accuracy. Restrained Scope 9 will always lower the target's accuracy. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
