Release information
This card was included as both a Regular card and a Full Art card in the Black & White expansion, first released in the Japanese Black Collection. Both prints feature artwork by 5ban Graphics. It was later released alongside Zekrom as one of the BW Black Star Promos with English-exclusive artwork by the same artist, available in the New Legends Tins in May 2011.
It was again reprinted as one of the BW Black Star Promos with different artwork also by 5ban Graphics, available in the Reshiram Box in October 2011. In Japan, this print was included as a BW-P Promotional card in the Reshiram Special Trunk Set. Later, it was reprinted again as a BW-P Promotional card released with the Battle Gift Set: Thundurus vs Tornadus. This print was released in the Next Destinies expansion, with a Tinsel Holofoil print included in that set's Explosive Edge Theme Deck.
The Black Collection Full Art print was reprinted with an embossed gold foil "15th Anniversary" stamp in the Pokémon Card Game 15th Anniversary Premium Set, alongside Zekrom, as well as two sets of 65 card sleeves, a special coin emblazoned with "The 15th Anniversary Limited Edition", a set of acrylic damage and status counters, and two playmats.
The Black & White Regular print was later reprinted in the Japanese Master Deck Build Box EX, released on September 14, 2012. An additional Full Art print with new artwork by Kagemaru Himeno was later released in the Japanese Shiny Collection. Another two prints were released in the Japanese EX Battle Boost: a Regular print with artwork by Aya Kusube, and an entirely gold Full Art print with artwork by 5ban Graphics. These three prints were later released in the Legendary Treasures expansion, with the Shiny Collection print included in the Legendary Treasures Radiant Collection subset.
The Black & White Full Art print was later rereleased in the Celebrations expansion's Classic Collection for the Pokémon 25th Anniversary. This print features the 25th Anniversary logo. In Japan, it was reprinted as part of the Promo Card Pack 25th Anniversary Edition with a red and gold "25th" logo. Both prints are Confetti Holofoil.
In Korea, this card is one of the BW Black Star Promos, and commemorated the theatrical release of Black—Victini and Reshiram.

Trivia
Artwork posted on Pokémon card art life
- The first English promotional print of this card is abnormally numbered BW004, containing one extra zero, instead of matching the two-digit numbering style of the other BW Black Star Promos. It shares this trait with Zekrom.
- The artwork used for the Full Art Black Collection print was featured on Pokémon card art life with a black background, rather than the white background that appears on the actual card.
Origin
Outrage and Blue Flare are both moves in the Pokémon games that Reshiram can learn. This card's initial Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Black. The Radiant Collection print's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Black 2 and White 2
