Effect
When the sync pair successfully uses a move that has the quick move effect tag, it has a chance of lowering either the target's Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, Speed, accuracy, or evasiveness by two stat ranks. The skill can range from "Quick Move": Stat ↓2 1 to "Quick Move": Stat ↓2 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. "Quick Move": Stat ↓2 9 will always lower one of the target's stats by two stat ranks. Currently, only "Quick Move": Stat ↓2 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
