Release information

Children visiting any participating store with a Pokémon Mezastar arcade machine from September 19, 2020 were given a set of four gifts as part of the Start Dash Campaign! The gifts comprised a copy of this tag, a Trial Memory tag, a Special Start Book, and an introductory DVD. This promotion ran for as long as stock lasted and was limited to children in elementary school and below. These gifts were given away again, this time with no age restriction, at the Pokémon Fes 2020 in Sunshine City event, held at the Sunshine City Alpa mall between December 25 and 29, 2020. The tag was also available on its own as a Digital Stamp Rally prize held at the same event between November 26, 2020 and January 11, 2021. Participants who scanned the three 2D barcodes present at different points throughout the mall with a smartphone could show attendants at Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo and receive one of three prizes at random. The 'A' prize was a Shiny Celebi plush; the 'B' prize was a copy of this tag; and the 'C' prize was a Pokémon Fes 2020 clear file.
