Release information
This card was included as both a Regular card and an illustration rare in the 151 expansion, first released in the Japanese Pokémon Card 151 subset. The Regular print features artwork by Naoyo Kimura, while the illustration rare print features artwork by Hiroyuki Yamamoto. A version of the Regular card with a "Pokémon Together" stamp was given out as part of the Poké Post pop-up experience campaign that ran from November 18, 2023 through December 19, 2023 in various cities in the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. People who visited one of these special post offices got to choose either a Pikachu or Eevee Trading Card Game gift pack to post to someone else. Each gift pack included a corresponding Pokémon Together promo card of Pikachu or Eevee and a Scarlet & Violet Series Fun Pack. A second gift pack was given out to the person visiting the Poké Post pop-up.[1]
In Greater China, four exclusive new illustration rare prints were included in Collection 151, the Simplified Chinese equivalent of the 151 expansion, which was released on January 17, 2025. All cards were illustrated by Oswaldo KATO. Initially, only the 170/151 print was available in booster packs; further booster packs are due to be released throughout 2025, each with a slightly different pool of cards available and with altered pull rates.[2]
