Effect
The user and ally's moves are powered up by 10%, and attack move damage taken by the team's sync pairs are reduced by 20%. Each additional allied sync pair with the Pasiotheme skill powers up moves by a further 10%, for a maximum power increase of 30%. Additional allied sync pairs with the Pasio theme skill also reduces attack move damage taken by 3%, for a maximum damage reduction of 26%. Pasio Flagbearer does not affect sync moves or max moves.
Pasio Flagbearer is the only master passive skill that powers up and reduces damage from all attack moves based on a region theme skill whose English name does not exactly follow the naming convention of "[Region] Flag Bearer", lacking the space between flag and bearer.
