Official Pokémon Advanced Collector's Sticker Book 4 is a Pokémon book, meant to be written inside by its owner to record information on its owner’s experiences with each of the Pokémon listed.
Synopsis
The book possesses different sections for all Pokémon of Generation III. There are stickers to be used upon capture of a particular species of Pokémon, to take and apply to the Pokémon with square borders in their specific sections. After the sticker is applied, the owner may answer some questions such as the Pokémon’s moves and where the owner got it on the spaces supplied. Included in each section is the Pokémon's category, height, weight, and type. Unlike previous entries, not all Pokémon have stickers, with some Pokémon appearing in the book by default. At the back of the book, there is a checklist of all the Pokémon in the Hoenn Pokédex excluding Jirachi and Deoxys, as they were not officially revealed at the time.

Errors
- Bagon has no entry, despite having a sticker.
- Despite the book being for Generation III Pokémon, there is a sticker of Corsola, a Generation II Pokémon (though it appears in the Hoenn Pokédex). It does not have an entry.
- Additionally, Corsola is excluded from the master checklist at the end of the book.
