Effect
The user and ally's moves are powered up by 10%, and attack move damage taken by the team's sync pairs are reduced by 10%. Each additional allied sync pair with the Normaltheme skill powers up moves by a further 5%, for a maximum power increase of 20%. Additional allied sync pair with the Normal theme skill also reduce attack move damage taken by 2%, for a maximum damage reduction of 14%. Normal Teamwork does not affect sync moves or max moves.
