Multiple Pokémon games follow live service content delivery models, also referred to as games as a service or GaaS.
List of live service Pokémon games
Active live service games
These games are still receiving regular live service updates:
- Pokémon GO, first released in 2016.
- Pokémon Masters EX, first released in 2019 as Pokémon Masters.
- Pokémon HOME, first released in 2020.
- Pokémon Café ReMix, first released in 2020 as Pokémon Café Mix.
- Pokémon UNITE, first released in 2021.
- Pokémon Trading Card Game Live, first released in 2022.
- Pokémon Sleep, first released in 2023.
- Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, first released in 2024.
- Pokémon Champions, first released in 2026.
Unsupported live service games
These games are no longer receiving regular live service updates, however are still playable if owned or downloaded:
- Pokémon Bank, First released in 2013. Fully functional if owned. However if not, it is no longer possible to download following the closure of the 3DS eShop in 2023.
- Pokémon Shuffle, First released in 2015 and supported until 2023.
- Pokémon: Magikarp Jump, First released in 2017 and supported until 2018.
Discontinued live service games
These games are no longer receiving updates, and are also no longer playable:
- Pokémon Trading Card Game Online, First released in 2011 and discontinued in 2023. Replaced by Pokémon Trading Card Game Live.
- Pokémon Duel, First released in 2016 and discontinued in 2019.
- Pokémon Rumble Rush, First released in 2019 and discontinued in 2020.
