Jun Fukuyama

Jun Fukuyama (Japanese: 福山潤 Fukuyama Jun) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime.


Fukuyama was born on November 26, 1978 in Fukuyama, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan and became a voice actor and singer as an adult. Fukuyama started out voicing various characters of the day during Pokémon the Series: Ruby and Sapphire and Pokémon the Series: Black & White. Later, he voiced Blue for the spin-off series of Pokémon Generations. In Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon, Fukuyama gained his most notable role as Hau, one of Ash's rivals. Fukuyama was once affiliated with Production Baobab before he switched to Black ship. He also won both Best Leading Actor and Overseas Fan's Award during the 1st Seiyu Awards of 2007 and the 3rd Seiyu Awards of 2009, respectively.
