Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is paralyzed, the user has a chance of raising the user and its allies' Attack and Sp. Atk by one stat rank each. The skill can range from Hit Paralyzed Opp: Team Attack ↑ & Sp. Atk ↑ 1 to Hit Paralyzed Opp: Team Attack ↑ & Sp. Atk ↑ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. Hit Paralyzed Opp: Team Attack ↑ & Sp. Atk ↑ 9 will always raise the user and its allies' Attack and Sp. Atk. Currently, only Hit Paralyzed Opp: Team Attack ↑ & Sp. Atk ↑ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
