Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of lowering one of the target's stats (Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, Speed, accuracy, or evasiveness) by one stat rank. This effect will occur two times again after activation, with each effect independent from one another. The skill can range from Hit: 3× Stat ↓ 1 to Hit: 3× Stat ↓ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit: 3× Stat ↓ 9 will always lower stats three times. Currently, only Hit: 3× Stat ↓ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
