Hiroshi Uratane (Japanese: ウラターヌ博士 Uratane Hiroshi) is a main character in Let's Play the Pokémon Card Game XY!. He is a Pokémon Card Game Secret Trick researcher.
On the back of his lab coat, the "裏" kanji is written which is the term used to refer to tails on a coin in the Japanese version of the Pokemon TCG.
