Template fields

• field 1 (English name) - The subject's English title.
• field 2 (Japanese name) - The subject's Japanese title.
• field 3 (romanized Japanese name) - The subject's title romanized in Japanese.
• field 4 (translated Japanese name) (optional) - The subject's title translated from Japanese.
• p (optional) - Set to `yes` to display a link to the list of Japanese Pokémon names.
