Contains a complete list of Pokémon Cipher turned into Shadow Pokémon. The ROM is brought to Nett of the Kids Grid in The Under to decipher. Afterwards, he will occasionally send the player emails about the data he's managed to decipher, updating the player's Snag List.
The ROM is first brought to Professor Krane's assistant Datan at the Pokémon HQ Lab, but as he's unable to decipher it, the player retrieves the ROM and delivers it to Nett in Pyrite Town's ONBS Building. Despite their best efforts, the data is lost during a raid by Cipher, although Nett managed to uncover information about a planned invasion of Phenac City before the raid.
