(Japanese: リザードンex Lizardon ex) is a Darkness-type Stage 2 Pokémon ex card. It was first released as part of the Obsidian Flames expansion.

As long as this Pokémon is on your Bench, prevent all damage done to this Pokémon by attacks (both yours and your opponent's).

Release information
This card was included as a Regular card, an ultra rare card, a special illustration rare card, and a gold etched hyper rare card in the Obsidian Flames expansion, first released in the Japanese Ruler of the Black Flame expansion. The Regular, ultra rare, and hyper rare prints feature artwork by 5ban Graphics, while the special illustration rare print is illustrated by AKIRA EGAWA. An SVP Promotional print numbered 056 with new artwork by takuyoa was included in the Charizard ex Premium Collection, released on October 20, 2023.
An oversized version of the Obsidian Flames Regular print bearing the expansion logo on the left side of the artwork as given away with eligible Pokémon Trading Card Game purchases in various countries. From November 6 until December 2, 2023, it was given to customers in Germany who spent at least €10 at participating Vedes or Schmunzelland stores.[1][2] Starting November 17, 2023, it was given away in France with purchases worth at least €20 at participating Smyths stores.[3] From November 22, 2023, it was given away in the Czech Republic with purchases worth at least 499 Kč at participating JRC or Smarty stores, or from their online shops.[4] It was also available in Slovakia from the same date and was given away with purchases worth at least €19.99 at participating BRLOH or Smarty stores, or from their online shops.[5] It was later available in the Netherlands from December 11, 2023 and was given away with purchases worth at least €25 at participating Intertoys stores.[6]
The Obsidian Flames Regular print was reprinted in the Japanese Shiny Treasure ex subset, alongside a new Full Art shiny ultra rare print with artwork by 5ban Graphics and a new special illustration rare print with artwork by AKIRA EGAWA, featuring the Shiny version of Charizard. The Shiny Treasure ex ultra rare print of the card was released in English as an SVP Black Star Promo numbered 074 in the Paldean Fates Tins, released on February 9, 2024. Both the Regular print and the new special illustration rare print were included in the Paldean Fates expansion. A new print with artwork by 5ban Graphics was included in the Japanese Battle Master Deck Terastal Charizard ex, released on May 17, 2024.
