(Japanese: 運命の出会いちゃも!?A Destined Meeting (chamo!?)) is the first true chapter of the Pokémon Chamo-Chamo ☆ Pretty ♪ manga.
Plot
Torchic and Haruka have just moved to a new town, and Torchic is eager to meet her Prince Charming. She is disappointed to then meet a scatterbrained Pikachu and Clefairy, as well as a rude Poochyena.
After arguing with Poochyena, Torchic storms off into the woods, where she suddenly finds herself surrounded by Silcoon and Cascoon. Panicked, she blasts them with Ember, but stops when she hears a voice reassuring her that she is safe. The voice is revealed to belong to Mightyena, and Torchic is instantly smitten with him. He lets her climb onto his back, then carries her out of the forest and back into the town. Upon their return, she learns that Mightyena is Poochyena's older brother.
Having met Mightyena, Torchic decides she will enjoy living in her new town.

Haruka and Torchic move to their new town and meet new friends.
Torchic falls in love with Mightyena and starts her rivalry with Poochyena.
Torchic's imagined "Prince Charming" is nearly identical in appearance to Almond, the love interest in the manga's predecessor, Magical Pokémon Journey.
