Wigglytuff's Guild is where the player and partner start their adventure as an Exploration Team in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2. This is also where Croagunk's Tradepost and Chimecho's Assmenbly are located. After the player finishes the game, they get the opportunity to graduate from the Guild. Even after that, the player is still tied to the guild in some ways. The guild is apparently North-East from Treasure Town.

The Guild

Entrance

The head of a Wigglytuff on a tent-like object is the entrance to the Guild. A grate is right in front of the entrance. Visitors or Guild members have to step on the grate to let the sentry (usually Diglett) verify whether they are wanted Pokémon.

Sublevel One

This is where Chimecho Assembly, the Outlaw Notice Board and the Job Bulletin Board are located. A signboard that has questions all over it is near the Job Bulletin Board.

Sublevel Two

This is the larger of the two sublevels. It is where the Croagunk Swap Shop, entrance to the Sentry Post, Template:P2 chamber, Crew Rooms and the Mess Hall are located.

Crew Room

There are three crew rooms, the north on belongs to Sunflora (and possibly Chimecho, as she is mentioned to look at Sunflora while she writes in her diary), the East one to the Hero and his partner and the south one to Bidoof (possibly Corphish and Loudred, the only ones left who do not have a room). According to Bidoof's diary, Croagunk often comes to his crew room to sleep. After the hero gets Drowzee from Mt. Travail, Azurill is found having a nightmare in their ex-crew room.

Mess Hall

This is where meals are taken after the day has ended.

The Members

Sunflora lives in the North Crew Room. Her diary is found there. She is the one who reveals the location of the Surrounded Sea to the player and partner. Her quote is "Oh My Gosh!".
Corphish has no particular role in the game. He tells the player how to take multiple jobs, like Snubbull in the previous games. His quote is "Hey, hey!".
Loudred is the 'alarm clock' of the Guild. He also supervises Diglett during sentry duty, but he is known to get angry if Diglett does not know the visitor. He has apparently taken the Guild graduation exam...and failed miserably.
Dugtrio's role is to update the Outlaw Notice Board and the Job Bulletin Board, both of which are boards that can rotate.
Diglett is usually the sentry, but the player is sometimes called to do sentry duty. The player can voluntarily do sentry duty after graduation.
Croagunk runs the Croagunk Swap Shop.
Chimecho runs the Chimecho Assembly.
Bidoof lives in the south crew room. He has a diary there. Bidoof is asked to help in the player's graduation exam by dragging a bunch of leaves over the hole the player and partner falls into; however, Bidoof pulls away the leaves, thinking that it is too dark. His quote is "Yup Yup"!
Chatot is Wigglytuff's right hand Pokémon. He has traveled to the Brine Cave with Wigglytuff and saved him. When he travels to the cave again with the player, he saves the player and their partner. Chatot easily gets angry when jobs are badly done, or when the Perfect Apple stock goes down.
Wigglytuff is the guildmaster (and the 'grand master of all things bad'). Wigglytuff loves Perfect Apples, which can be inferred by the way he caused the guild to shake when he learned of their absence. Wigglytuff is apparently very powerful, as he survived Koffing's and Skuntank's stink combo and even defeated Team Skull.

Temporary members

Koffing is a member of Team Skull. He and Zubat steal the player's partner's Relic Fragment at the beginning of the game. Koffing teams up with Skuntank to perform a stink combo which knocks out the player and his partner. However, this stink combo fails to work on Wigglytuff.
Zubat is a member of Team Skull. He teamed up with Koffing to steal the player's partner's Relic Fragment. In the Perfect Apple event, he is knocked out by Koffing's and Skuntank's stink combo.
Skuntank is the leader of Team Skull. He teams up with Koffing to perform their stink combo. Skuntank is very cunning. For example, he eats all of the Perfect Apples in an attempt to make the player and their partner fail their mission and thus not be accepted into the guild's expidition. Skuntank and his team stole the player's partner's Relic Fragment a second time during the Brine Cave mission, but he eventually gave the item back after being defeated by Kabutops and the Omastar brothers. As bad and cunning as he can be, he seems to be a good Pokémon due to the way he returns the player's partner's Relic Fragment.

Morning Cheers

In the morning, members of the guild shout a cheer before doing their work. The full version, however, is only heard once. After the first time, only the last line "THREE, SMILES GO FOR MILES!" is heard. The full version follows:

A ONE, A TWO...A ONE-TWO-THREE
ONE! DON'T SHIRK WORK!
TWO! RUN AWAY AND PAY!
THREE SMILES GO FOR MILES!
