By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.
  • For more handy links, see the welcome portal.
Thank you, and have a good time editing here!

Editing pages

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I'm not quite as active here as I used to be. As for your question, here on Bulbapedia, userpages (i.e. all pages in the "User" namespace) can only be edited by users who have been autoconfirmed, which is automatically added to a user's account after a predetermined number of mainspace edits and account age. The actual requirements are decided by staff and not told to users. There are also a few articles here and there that are protected so only these autoconfirmed users can edit them. With a few more edits to articles that are open to anyone to edit you should be able to create your userpage. I don't even give a Schif (TalkContribs) 19:32, 3 February 2015 (UTC)

Primal Dialga

Just to let you know, Primal Dialga is a Variant Pokémon, not a form difference.--ForceFire 04:06, 9 February 2015 (UTC)

Mew (M01)

Can you explain where exactly Mew is identified as male? (In very specific details, including the name of the prequel you're referring to.) Thanks. Tiddlywinks (talk) 00:16, 9 August 2016 (UTC)

In The Uncut Story of Mewtwo's Origin, one of the scientists in South America mentions Mew being male in the Japanese version. Very early on. --DarthNightmaricus (talk) 00:18, 9 August 2016 (UTC)
I don't know if I can find it. Can you copy the line here (as well as maybe a line before/after)? Tiddlywinks (talk) 00:26, 9 August 2016 (UTC)
