The United Tower is on an Island in the Isshu region. The only way to access it is through a Wi-Fi Event, though it is currently unknown when the event will take place. Once the player obtains the ticket to get there, they will have to take it to Hiun City and take a boat to it. There is only one building on the Island which is the United Tower.
