Teru-sama is a glitch item that appears in Generation II. It is, apparantly, useless, as it doesn't seem to do anything at all. It can be sold for $19660, and kept in either the Key Items case, or the Items one.
A loose translation of it's name is:
Bright/Light-An honorific ending for names that indicates extreme reverence.
