Teeter Dance confuses the foe in single battles. It also confuses the user's team mate and both foe's in a user double battle.

Pokémon

Mime Jr. Mime Jr. glows light-blue and starts dancing. All of the Pokémon around it get confused, glow light-blue, and also start to dance.

Spinda. Spinda starts dancing. Then everyone around it gets confused and starts dancing as well.
