The Galactic Eterna Building is a building in Eterna City where Team Galactic perform operations. When Team Galactic steal Pokémon from trainers in Eterna City, the player enters and defeats some Team Galactic Grunts and Scientists, plus the commander Jupiter. The HM move Cut is needed to access the Galactic Eterna Building. In Pokémon Platinum, this is where you can switch between the forms of Rotom with the help of the event-only item, the Secret Key.
