This card was included as a Regular card, a Full Art card, and as a Secret card in the Guardians Rising expansion, first released in the Japanese Islands Await You expansion, each with artwork by 5ban Graphics. A SM-P Promotional print featuring the same artwork as the Regular print but with a Shiny version of Tapu Koko was available as part of the Expansion Pack 5 Pack GET! Campaign, which began on March 17, 2017. For every five booster packs purchased in one transaction at participating stores, customers would receive a special pack containing 1 of 12 possible cards, 9 of which comprised standard Sun & Moon Era prints of the basic Energy cards.
