Genderless?

So, when looking at the screenshots, I noticed that Polteageist's status box did not display a gender. Am I right to assume that Polteageist is a genderless Pokemon? MasterBraixen96 (talk) 00:37, 5 September 2019 (UTC)

Pokedex entry confusion

Does it pour itself into black tea to create more Polteageist or more Sinistea? There's a conflict between the Trivia section and the English Pokédex entries. What does it say in the original Japanese? Designless Square (talk) 22:35, 31 August 2020 (UTC)

Japanese says Potdeath, but regardless the origin is wrong even without that confirmation. Kai * the Arc Toraph 01:16, 1 September 2020 (UTC)

Different Forms

What are the exact odds for each Sinistea/Polteageist to be Phony Form or Antique Form? - unsigned comment from Pseudonym (talkcontribs)

You have to check the page of the location like the "Glimwood Tangle", where it is 10% and 1% for Sinistea.--Rocket Grunt 14:46, 23 February 2021 (UTC)

Liquid Ooze

Sinistea and Polteageist are literally tea ghosts that taste horrible and are not safe for human or Pokémon consumption. Why the heck did Game Freak not give them Liquid Ooze?!? It's perfect for them, and it hasn't shown up on any post-Gen III Pokémon at all! I'm kinda just venting here, but if anyone has any actual insights, I'm all ears. --Luigifan (talk) 16:32, 3 March 2023 (UTC)

Because “The strong stench of the Pokémon's oozed liquid damages attackers that use HP-draining moves” doesn’t go with Sinistea and Polteageist well at all
