Dr. Proctor

What would you think of mentioning Dr. Proctor, HM? :0 Do you think he would count since he was forced to treat Pokémon at one point? Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 22:21, 30 January 2011 (UTC)

I was actually going to add him since whenever I think of Doctor in regards to Pokémon he always crosses my mind. However, I was unsure if I should add him because he only treated them when he was forced too. I was thinking of asking Kenji her opinion. --HoennMaster 22:25, 30 January 2011 (UTC)
Alright then. :) Let's see what she says. Jo the Marten ಠ_ಠ 22:27, 30 January 2011 (UTC)

Pokémon Doctor In Training

I believe its a hyphonated word: Pokémon Doctor-in-Training --Burgundy 00:35, 4 February 2011 (UTC)

Yeah it is. I'll fix it. --Pokemaster97 00:37, 4 February 2011 (UTC)

Merge

Since the Japanese name for both is the same, and this article states that a Pokémon Doctor is a Trainer, would it be acceptable to merge this page with Doctor? |) u |( e ® 00:18, 22 April 2012 (UTC)

Sorry, never even noticed this discussion. I don't think we should delete these page. Anime Doctors and Game Doctors are treated very differently. Game Doctors are mostly just a trainer class, none given any special attention, the class as a general not given special attention, etc. Only a select few do more then battle. --<fontcolor="blue">HoennMaster 01:13, 17 June 2012 (UTC)
Well, is it any different to the game and anime representations of Pokémon Breeders? --SnorlaxMonster 01:14, 17 June 2012 (UTC)
Was the Doctor trainer class ever confirmed to be a Pokémon Doctor? I was under the impression that they were people doctors. The anime made the distinction of this being a doctor for Pokémon.
Also like to point out the Nurse being different from the Pokémon Nurse seen in the Pokémon Centers. --ケンジガール 01:21, 17 June 2012 (UTC)
In their sprites, they hold a stethoscope on a Poké Ball, so they are Pokémon Doctors.
Pokémon Center Nurse is a distinct article, it's self-explainable that they are the ones in Pokémon Centers. Since Nurse redirects to both, it's not a problem. |) u |( e ® 01:20, 18 June 2012 (UTC)
This article shouldn't be deleted because even though the page on the Trainer Class Doctor has been slightly merged, it doesn't do into full detail on that page, however on the page for the anime, it does go into full detail. - unsigned comment from Rockheart0103 (talkcontribs)
