It's not affected by evasion, the article says, this and the fact that it says "100%" accuracy on the infobox leads me to believe that it is affected by accuracy. I agree. Moves that cannot miss generally say "---" accuracy to differentiate them from moves with 100% accuracy, but this needs to be tested (in both G5 and G6) to confirm. --Stratelier 23:47, 3 December 2013 (UTC)
