You can't say that for sure. Unlike the Toxicroak incident, this Scraggy's colors perfectly match the colors on the shiny sprite. I compared them numerous times to make sure.

Just in case someone decides to bring it up, the event Zuruggu pretty much confirms that this Zuruggu isn't shiny. Because if it was, wouldn't the event Zuruggu be shiny too? --ケンジのガール 22:11, 20 January 2011 (UTC)

Confused

Is there an Ash's Zuruggu, in someone else's user page? Because given the preview, isn't there a more likely chance Ash gets it than Iris? I'm just wondering because everyone is so intent on it being Iris's despite the preview, and the only page that says differently is the BW017 page (that at least offers that chance).
