The Ranger Sign (Japanese: レンジャーサイン) is featured in Pokémon Ranger: Locus of Light. It allows players to draw runes on the ground to summon Pokémon, such as the legendary beasts and the Eon duo.
In the games
In the games, Ranger Signs are often hidden on rocks which can be uncovered after quests and such. The legendary ones, however, are acquired via different methods.
In the anime
The Ranger Sign first made a brief appearance in the anime in the second Locus of Light anime special, where it was sought after and acquired by the Pokémon Nappers.
