Release information
This card was included as both a Regular card and a Secret Rainbow Rare in the Vivid Voltage expansion, first released in the Japanese Amazing Volt Tackle expansion. Both prints feature artwork by aky CG Works. It was reprinted as one of the SWSH Black Star Promos with different artwork by PLANETA Mochizuki and was available in the Celebrations Premium Figure Collection—Pikachu VMAX from October 22, 2021. In Japan, this print was released as one of the S-P Promotional cards and was available as part of the PikaPika! Pikachu! Promo Card Campaign!, which began on September 18, 2020. For every six Amazing Volt Tackle booster packs purchased in one transaction at participating stores, customers would receive a Promo Card Pack containing one of five possible cards.
