Nando (Japanese: ナオシ Naoshi) is a recurring character from the Pokémon anime.He is voiced by 中井和哉 Kazuya Nakai in the Japanese version and by Billy Regan in English.
He first appeared in Dawn of a New Era, where he battles both Ash and Dawn, and his Budew evolves into a Roselia. He later appears again in DP036, where he is falsely accused and arrested due to Jessie, James, and Meowth's stealing of the Adamant Orb.
Unlike most, Nando has decided to become both a trainer and a coordinator. He plans to enter the Sinnoh League and the Sinnoh Grand Festival.
