This card was included in the Plasma Freeze expansion, first released in the Japanese Thunder Knuckle expansion. In Japan, this card was reprinted as one of the BW-P Promotional cards with different artwork by the same artist and given to those who purchased a booster box of either Spiral Force or Thunder Knuckle at participating stores. This print has the Spiral Force and Thunder Knuckle expansion logos on the bottom of the artwork. The English release of this promotional print was as one of the BW Black Star Promos as the Prerelease promo for the English Plasma Freeze expansion. A gold foil stamped "Staff" print was also given to those overseeing the event.
