Liquid Ooze (Japanese: ヘドロえき Oozing Liquid) is an ability that mandates HP draining causes injury. Four Pokémon have this ability. In effect, if the user's HP is drained by a move like Leech Seed or Giga Drain, the amount of HP that should be recovered by the move's user will in fact be dealt as damage. However, the Pokémon with Liquid Ooze will still be damaged.
