Route 15 connects to Fuchsia City in the west and Route 14 in the east.
It is seperated into two halves. The north half can be reaced with a Pokémon that can use Cut. In the Generation I games, TM 20 Rage could be picked up there. The south part of the path can be reached by simply jumping down a ledge. It features many trainers and a series of grassy areas.
There's a lookout station between Route 15 and Fuchsia City. In the Generation I games, one of Professor Oak's aides will give the main character an Exp. All if they've registered 50 Pokémon in their PokéDex.
