Jeffrey (Japanese: イサナ Isana) is a minor character of the day from Gymbaliar. He is from Mikawa Town.
He challenged Jessie at Team Rocket's fake gym. His Marowak easily defeated Jessie's Dustox. After his victory, he was given a badge. He then ran off, bragging about his fake badge, believing it was real.
