Jimmy Zoppi
Jimmy Zoppi is a voice actor for the English-language dub of the Pokémon anime. He has worked on the anime since Pokémon, I Choose You!. His first, and most famous role, being that of Gary Oak. He is now credited under the name of Billy Beach. He remains one of the longest running voice actors for the English dub next to Kayzie Rogers.
Biography
Zoppi was born March 8, 1954 in West Long Branch, New Jersey.

Aside from his role as Gary Oak, most of his roles were minor characters, until Pokémon: Battle Frontier. Currently he provides the voices of James and Meowth from Team Rocket and Professor Oak, as well as Gary Oak.
