This card was reprinted in the Base Set 2 reprint set, which was only released outside of Japan.

- In the Base Set 2 reprint of this card, its name was spelled Impostor Professor Oak, while the original release spelled it Imposter.
- In Pokemon Adventures, Sabrina had her Kadabra disguise itself as Professor Oak. The transformation looks extremely similar to this artwork.
