Dawn's Togekiss (Japanese: ヒカリのトゲキッス Hikari's Togekiss) is the eighth Pokémon obtained by Dawn. It was originally owned by Princess Salvia and later given to Dawn. It is voiced by 井上喜久子 Kikuko Inoue in Japanese.

Seeing they have identical appearances, Salvia and Dawn switches places so that the former can participate in a Pokémon Contest. Using Togekiss, Salvia performs very well in the initial round. She also uses Togekiss in the final round against Jessie's Seviper. and managed to win the match and thus the Contest. Salvia later gives Togekiss to Dawn so that it can fulfill its dream of participating in Contests.
