Trivia

Though Espeon was released as a Dark Pokémon to go with Dark Vaporeon, Dark Jolteon, and Dark Flareon, Eevee's other Generation II evolution was not released as a Dark Pokémon, likely due to the in-set rule of Darkness-type Pokémon being unable to be Dark Pokémon.

Origin

This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Crystal, though it is slightly reworded.
