This card was included in the Celestial Storm expansion with artwork by kawayoo, first released in the Japanese Sky-Splitting Charisma expansion. A SM Black Star Promotional print of this card was one of the Prerelease promos for Celestial Storm with new artwork by Masakazu Fukuda, available in the Celestial Storm Build & Battle Box. A print with a gold foil "Staff" stamp was given to those overseeing the event. The Celestial Storm print and a new print with artwork by Kouki Saitou featuring the Shiny version of Celesteela, were later included in the Japanese GX Ultra Shiny subset. The Shiny print was included in the Hidden Fates expansion.
