It was reprinted in the Japanese Venusaur/Charizard/Blastoise Random Constructed Starter Decks, Deoxys Half Deck of Gift Box Emerald, Grass and Psychic Quick Construction Packs, and Gift Box Mew • Lucario. It was later reprinted in the EX Crystal Guardians expansion, first released in the Ocean's Kyogre ex, and Earth's Groudon ex Constructed Starter Decks. It was reprinted again in the Japanese Imprison! Gardevoir ex Constructed Standard Deck. It was later released in POP Series 5. It was reprinted once again in the Japanese Champion Road subset with the same artwork.

Origin

Bill is the inventor of the Pokémon Storage System in the Pokémon games. His maintenance on the Time Capsule in the Generation II games is the likely inspiration for this card.
