By achieving certain criteria in-game, players can enhance their avatar image by changing its color palette. The majority of these colors are based on types of [[Poké Ball]], with Super, Hyper, and Master colors among the first available upon their introduction. By the time of the Battrio V upgrade, 11 color options, including the default were available. | By achieving certain criteria in-game, players can enhance their avatar image by changing its color palette. Style Levels, much like | Also introduced in the Battrio V upgrade, titles and ranks can be appended to the player's nickname upon reaching a certain Style Level and achieving a certain number of V Battle victories respectively. Style Levels, much like {{DL|Type (Battrio)|Type Levels}} can be increased by using pucks of a certain base color. Using pucks with black bases for example will earn Style Points for the black Style Level after a battle. Increasing the Style Level also increases bonus Style Points and medals earned after a battle. The title a player is bestowed depends on the values of their Style Level, with different titles for players focusing more on black Style Level over white, vice versa, or for those that focus on both Style Levels equally. | ||

Players with Memory Keys have the ability to create an avatar (Japanese: アバター) that will serve as their profile for all activity while playing Pokémon Battrio. Players can select either a male or female avatar of varying types, and give their profile a nickname of up to four characters. As the development of Pokémon Battrio continued, more advantageous features that made use of the Memory Key were introduced, as well as more customization options and in-game awards.
Avatar types
This section is incomplete. Please feel free to edit this section to add missing information and complete it. Reason: which was the original avatar option? |
Initially there was only one male or female avatar option, but this was increased to the five displayed below early into the system's life. These Trainer types can be seen as the equivalent of Trainer classes from the core games.
Hot Blooded Type 熱血タイプ |
Cool Type クールタイプ |
Glasses Type メガネタイプ |
Naughty Type わんぱくタイプ |
Fashionable Type おしゃれタイプ |
Avatar colors
By achieving certain criteria in-game, players can enhance their avatar image by changing its color palette. The majority of these colors are based on types of Poké Ball, with Super, Hyper, and Master colors among the first available upon their introduction. By the time of the Battrio V upgrade, 11 color options, including the default were available.
Color | Condition |
---|---|
Normal color | Default color from start |
Super color | 1 normal Trainer V Battle victory |
Heal color | 3 normal Trainer V Battle victories |
Safari color | 5 normal Trainer V Battle victories |
Black color | 7 normal Trainer V Battle victories |
Yellow color | 9 normal Trainer V Battle victories |
Hyper color | 1 tough Trainer V Battle victory |
Master color | 3 tough Trainer V Battle victories |
Premier color | 5 tough Trainer V Battle victories |
White color | 7 tough Trainer V Battle victories |
Green color | 9 tough Trainer V Battle victories |
Additional avatar types
With the Battrio V upgrade, players received more type options for their avatar image, all of which could be encountered as opponents in various Battrio modes, some based on Trainer classes from the core games. None of the options are available from the start; many must be acquired through winning a certain amount of V Battles. Some can only be bought via the silver Gacha Machine between rounds in Battrio Tower or Battrio Stadium modes.

Titles and ranks
Also introduced in the Battrio V upgrade, titles and ranks can be appended to the player's nickname upon reaching a certain Style Level and achieving a certain number of V Battle victories respectively. Style Levels, much like Type Levels can be increased by using pucks of a certain base color.
