Dawn's Buizel (Japanese: ヒカリのブイゼル Hikari's Buoysel) is the fourth Pokémon captured by Dawn in DP034. His Japanese voice actor is 古島清孝 Kiyotaka Furushima.

Buizel seems to have a different type of personality than Dawn's other Pokémon. It purposely looks for battles with trainers' Pokémon and loves to show off its amazing strength. It first took out Dawn's Piplup, then Zoey's Glameow, and finally Ash's Pikachu by using its incredible speed and moves like Aqua Jet. It showed bitterness towards humans but has gained respect for Dawn after she saved it from a nasty fall. Afterwards, Buizel found her worthy enough for a second battle, where she was able to capture it.

Since then, though, it still gets along poorly with most other Pokémon. In particular, it seems to have a rivalry developing with one of the other strength-oriented Pokémon on the cast, Brock's Croagunk.
