The 2023-24 Standard format of the Pokémon Trading Card Game is the current Standard format. It has been used (alongside the current Expanded format) for Play! Pokémon organized play and in most sanctioned tournaments worldwide since April 5, 2024. It is also used in Pokémon TCG Live since March 21, 2024.

Play period

The 2024-25 Standard format was announced on January 10, 2024, rotating out cards with the E regulation mark.

  • Pokémon TCG Live: March 21, 2024 to present
  • Official Tournaments: April 5, 2024 to present

Rule changes

Cards with the E regulation mark are rotated out. Cards with a F, G, H or later regulation mark remain legal.
