The Resort House (Japanese: べっそう Villa) is a house owned by a player exclusively in Pokémon Platinum, it is located in the Resort Area of the Battle Zone. When the player arrives in the Resort Area the then-owner of the house gives it to the player. The player can then buy items, from a catalog that is on the table inside from the start, to furnish the house. Certain NPCs such as Gym Leaders, the rival, Professor Rowan, Rowan's assistant (Dawn/Lucas) and the player's mom will visit the house from the start, and some others after certain items have been purchased.
