Raichu (Japanese: ライチュウ Raichu) is a Lightning-type Stage 1 Pokémon Prime card. It is part of the Undaunted expansion.
Card text
As often as you like during your turn (before your attack), you may move a Energy attached to 1 of your Pokémon to Raichu. This power can't be used if Raichu is affected by a Special Condition.
Release information
This card was released in the English Undaunted expansion. In Japan, it was released as a L-P Promotional card and was available from November 2009 as a Hyper Rank prize to members of the Pokémon Daisuki Club. To achieve a Hyper Rank, players had to accumulate at least 5,200 Action Points (AP).
Trivia
Origin
Mega Thunderbolt is an attack originating from EX Sandstorm Raichu ex. According to Mega Thunderbolt's Japanese name, it is ten times more powerful than Thunderbolt, a move in the Pokémon games that Raichu can learn.
