Elita, Pokémon Ranger Base Leader of Wintown
Elita (Japanese: Erida) is the Leader of the Wintown Pokémon Ranger Base. She has a Skarmory as her partner and is known for having a cold personality.Cameron was the person to send you to meet Elita in Winton. When you meet her she is in Panula Cave to see what the trouble there is.In the end Elita sends you on a misson with Chris. To go to Fiore Temple so you can see who those mysteryous men are doing there when you get there you capture pokemon of the mysterous men then one revals they are Team Go-Rock to try to capture Rayquaza.
