Noriko Hidaka

Noriko Hidaka (Japanese: 日高のり子 Hidaka Noriko) (born Noriko Itō [伊東 範子, Itō Noriko] on May 31, 1962 is a seiyū for the Japanese version of the Pokémon anime.
