Georgia's Beartic (Japanese: ラングレーのツンベアー Langley's Tunbear) is the first Pokémon seen under Georgia's ownership.

History

Beartic was first seen in Iris and Excadrill Against the Dragon Buster! where it was sent out by its trainer to battle Iris's Pokémon, resulting in victory for Georgia. It was sent out again the next day to battle Iris's Excadrill, ending in a draw.

In Reunion Battles In Nimbasa!, it was used to battle Sylvester's Joltik in the Club Battle. After taking heavy damage from Thunderbolt, it collapsed on the Attaching Pokémon, crushing it with its weight and winning the match.

It appeared again in Crisis at Ferroseed Research!, where it helped cleared the moss covering the Ferroseed Research Institute created by the Ferroseed there.

In BW090, Beartic was used to battle Iris's Dragonite in the Pokémon World Tournament Junior Cup. Despite having a major type advantage and Dragonite disobeying Iris, Beartic was kocked out by one ThunderPunch, eliminating Georgia from the tournament.
